Well here's my new skin based on my StudioTwentyEight v3 design.

Update 1:
- I fixed the tabs
- Added a new squared version

Update 2:
- Added Normal Taskbar version
- Fix bug in the top taskbar and group menu

Update 3:
- fixed some bugs with fonts and images

Update 4:
- changed some thing that I forgot in the last update
